Right now, we - re planning for winter and we know from the modelling the health system will be pressured by service capacity and absenteeism. Therefore, we are building our ability to surge the workforce to support and bolster service sustainability.

Our Acute Demand Service Community Services is - a ward without walls - where our kaimahi (staff) care for people in their own home environment. As a Health Care Assistant, you will support our registered health professionals providing rehabilitation and recovery clinical care for those in our community who need our support.

We - d love to hear from you if you - re an experienced Health Care Assistant looking for a new opportunity or a way to support our community over the upcoming winter months, to have a discussion regarding options available. Some of these include;
Family friendly, flexible hours
- Any number of shifts
- Part Shifts such as 6-11pm
- Length of contract is also flexible from now until September and may be fixed hours for a number of months, or casual.

A full driver - s license is essential.
