**About the role | Ko te mahi nei**

This role is responsible for leading the finance unit through system and business changes whilst leading, managing and coordinating the team to ensure they have the information and analysis they need.

As well as this you will develop and deliver training programmes so that financial knowledge is grown and contributes to the development of financial policies.

**About you | Ko Koe Tēnei**
- Minimum of 8 years in a financial management/accounting role with some of that in a leadership position
- Strong relationship building skills and evidence of an ability to build/create a high-performance culture
- You will have excellent communication and presentation skills
- You will possess a curiosity mindset and have a passion for solving problems
