Exciting opportunity for Senior Site Engineer to join our team based in Bay of Plenty region. This is a full-time Mt Manganui, Tauranga based role, but required you to travel throughout New Zealand as a part of project and role requirements.

**About the role (including but not limited to)**

The purpose of this role is to provide technical support to Project Managers across a wide range of civil projects.
- Develop safe work methodologies and task analysis and actively monitor compliance of these on site
- Provide input into the safe planning and execution of project tasks
- Develop inspection and test plans in accordance with project specifications and manage compliance throughout, including hold-points, inspections and quality records
- Track costs from suppliers and sub-contractors against budget through the course of the project
- Develop safe work methodologies and task analysis and actively monitor compliance of these on site
- Undertake quality checks and testing directly

**About you**
- Must have 2-5 years' of relevant experience in civil design or construction and/or position.
- Proven and well developed interpersonal/leadership skills
- Ability to plan tasks, including allocation of plant and labour resources and materials
- Excellent communication skills and Time management skills
- Reliability with a 'can-do' attitude
