**The role**
Our Service Desk team provides exceptional technical expertise and support both in-house and remote to several offices based across North Island.
- In this role, you’ll be building and maintaining relationships with our internal stakeholders ranging from field staff to engineers and executives and providing them remote and on-site IT support. Amongst other things you will also:
- Provide Workstation support
- Provide first level support to Northpower staff including initial Call Diagnosis & Prioritisation
- Set up desktop/laptop, iPad and mobile hardware and software
- Coordinate hardware repair and replacement, suppliers and other vendors and the procurement of IT equipment
- Maintenance of all inventories and systems to reflect all changes, set ups, removals etc.
- Provide administration and coordination support for our Digital Enterprise Technology team

- An interest or experience with technology particularly in a Microsoft environment
- Previous experience in a customer service role
