**We currently have an exciting opportunity available for experienced** security professionals to support our front-line Security Team on-site across at Highbury Birkenhead. The role is highly dynamic and provides significant opportunity to grow with a supportive organisation committed to developing you.**

**About the role**:
In this position you’ll be:

- Unlock/lock up of site.
- Liaising with contractors and emergency services
- Liaising with client
- Rostering of staff
- Provides leadership to the team, delegating tasks
- Provide on the job training and toolbox talks with your team
- CCTV monitoring
- Report writing
- Provide a high standard of Customer Service
- Patrolling of mall/carpark checks/retailer checks

**About you**:
To be successful in this position, you’ll need to have proven security experience and ideally hold a a Green COA Security License or the ability to get one (be 18 years old or over, have a clean criminal record & eligible to work in NZ). You’ll bring a high level of leadership, mentoring ability and communication to lead our close-knit team each day You’ll also:

- Be available to work flexible hours and shift work - you’ll need to be available at least one weekend day.
- Strong communication skills to be able to interact and communicate with the client and take direction.
- Be professional, reliable, confident & honest.
- Strong focus on delivering high quality security-solutions
- Excellent verbal & written English communication skills and attention to detail
- Physical fitness - able to walk and stand for long periods of time
