**What you’ll be involved in**
This is a broad generalist Senior HR Advisory role with plenty of variety. Day to day your work will include supporting a wide range of managers through end to end ER issues, giving advice and guidance around change, running workshops and supporting more junior team members as they learn and grow. You’ll be building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, listening, developing commercially sound solutions and use your influencing skills to help them reach great decisions.

This HR team has a collaborative and cohesive approach, so they are based together in the office each day. That’s what works around here, so you’ll be happy to come in each day too.

**Skills and experience you’ll bring**
You bring solid experience with ER case management, so are confidently running disciplinaries and PIPs from end to end. Your experience in HR Advisory, ideally gained while working across some diverse industries and companies, will see you hit the ground running in this role. You’re curious and ask great questions You love working at pace and can adapt your style to suit a wide range of stakeholders. Your strong communication and relationship building skills will set you up for success, as will your strong customer service focus.
