At Brookfield New World in Tauranga, we’re looking for a Bakery All-Rounder to join our passionate team. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a minimum of 40 hours per week, with pay in line with current job market rates and in accordance with New Zealand employment law.
**What the role involves**:
You’ll be producing a variety of baked goods from scratch — including breads, sourdoughs, pastries, pies, and cakes. You’ll work with commercial ovens, mixers, and provers in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards. This is physical work involving early starts, lifting heavy ingredients, and contributing to daily production targets. Availability to work early mornings and at least one weekend day is expected.
