**The Energy/Environment Graduate Program**

The Energy/Environment program is a specialised program allowing you to gain broad and valuable exposure to the businesses environmental initiatives and participate in the implementation of resource efficiency projects. You will be placed in a full time role and simultaneously be part of our world class development programs to build your skills for the future.

**So what does the role involve?**

As the Energy/Environment Graduate, you will:

- Be introduced to statutory and environmental policies driving McCain’s strategy and vision
- Learn about sustainability and efficiency improvements in relation to energy, water, waste and carbon emissions
- Assist in the implementation of energy and resource efficiency initiatives
- Assist in creating sustainable cost initiatives to reduce operation cost and improve environmental compliance
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure projects are developed using latest global best practices

**About You**
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia/New Zealand
