Our client is a Global business that has been creating great tasting food for over 60 years They produce and sell some of the world’s favourite products that bring joy to millions of customers and consumers around the world. They have an opportunity for a Graduate to join their exceptional graduate program designed to help you unleash your unique talent.

This Graduate program will allow you to gain broad and valuable exposure to the businesses environmental initiatives and participate in the implementation of resource efficiency projects. You will be placed in a full-time role and simultaneously be part of their world class development programs to build your skills for the future.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree - Science, Environmental Science or related discipline desirable
- Proficient Microsoft skills with specific mandatory expertise in Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively manage workloads and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Abide by company policies and procedures
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- The ability to work in a team-focused environment.
- Strong customer service focus and ethical standards.
- Being a self-starter, with a curious mindset seeking a rewarding career
- Willingness to relocate

**The Role**
- Introduced to statutory and environmental policies driving the company’s strategy and vision
- Learn about sustainability and efficiency improvements in relation to energy, water, waste and carbon emissions
- Assist in the implementation of energy and resource efficiency initiatives
- Assist in creating sustainable cost initiatives to reduce operation cost and improve environmental compliance
- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure projects are developed using latest global best practices
