**About the role**

**Relevant Skills and Responsibilities**:

- Strong administrative or PA/EA experience in hands-on positions
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work at pace
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Calm under pressure, able to deal with competing demands and prioritise with autonomy
- Proactive and positive approach to work, able to connect the dots and make things happen
- Intermediate to Advanced ability in MS Office. Familiarity with MS Teams and SharePoint is beneficial.
- Confidence in learning and adapting to new systems and tools

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Run the monthly billing for lawyer’s matters, taking the lead on good financial hygiene in debtor management, adjusting case estimates and processing expenses
- Opening new legal matters on the system and completing associated workflow tasks, working to support AML processes
- Running reports using Excel to keep lawyers informed on work in progress, billable time and other client based requests
- Business development support, adding key contacts and context to our Client Relationship Management system, taking a confident approach in client liaison
- Establishing SharePoint sites and maintaining case documentation with extreme attention to detail and understanding of the legal process and litigation timelines
- Booking of travel using our travel management system
- Running induction processes for the Litigation team, assisting to on-board new staff
- Drafting of litigation documentation and other ad hoc tasks such as event support and booking CPD events
- Assisting with personal support as required
