HEB Construction are on the hunt for a reliable, motivated and physically fit STMS L2/3 Practicing to join the Roading Team based in Christchurch The purpose of this position is to provide traffic management support to ensure the delivery of effective temporary traffic management across various local road projects and state highways (rural and urban). In this diverse, hands on role you will need to be able to adapt to the fast-paced work environment and be able to make decisions under pressure. **Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to**: - Setting up and removing site traffic management - Completing all required documentation prior to and post project - Directing incoming deliveries to site while ensuring the safety of workers and the public - Overseeing the establishment, maintenance and removal of TTM measures **The following qualifications, experience and skills are required for this role**: - Current STMS Level 2/3 Practicing qualification - A strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude - Class 2 full driver's licence - Experience on Local Roads, State Highways (both Rural and Urban) and of high to low speed environments - An ability to coach and train on site staff to ensure a high level of traffic management is maintained - Professional presentation and ability to communicate effectively with clients and members of the public The willingness and ability to work shifts is essential.
