**About the Role**

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Lead Gardener. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday 0800 - 1630.

In this role you will:

- Lead a team focused on maintaining our beautiful gardens in our resort style setting for our residents, their families and our staff to enjoy
- Service the grounds and gardens to ensure a great aesthetic appearance and ensure safety of all the grounds area
- Enjoy lots of variety with a bowling green, water features, residential and shared areas
- Work closely with, and support your team and colleagues

**About You**

To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have:

- Previous experience in a Gardener/Landscaper role
- Ability to lead a motivated and productive team
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills
- A reliable, friendly and professional manner
- Horticultural qualifications preferred
