We are looking for a highly motivated person who would like to work with us to manage and oversee our business staff and operations and help us increase profits.

The position requires to follow standard operating procedures, carry out instructions and risk management profiling and adhere to the quality system and procedures.All activities must be conducted in a manner that ensures compliance with relevant legislation and industry codes of practice.

Day to day responsibilities include:

- Taking responsibility for the store's operational management.
- Ensuring a top-notch customer experience in our retail environment.
- Monitoring and achieving store targets.
- Demonstrating leadership by managing and leading the team, recruiting and training staff
- Handling office tasks, payrolls, invoices, bills receivable, and payables.
- Maintaining adequate stock levels and staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhering to quality requirements and standard operating procedures.
- Completing quality and process documentation for traceability and compliance.
- Upholding high health and safety standards.
- Cultivating a ‘customer-obsessed’ culture within the team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.66 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
