For this **Store Manager **position set hours are **Monday to Friday 0800-1730 **with some flexibility required.

With full responsibility of the stores performance you will need analytical skills that allow you to identify when change is required. As a Store Manager you could expect to:
*** **Lead a high performing team in providing our customers with a world class shopping experience**

*** **Deliver results through your ability to influence stakeholders and build long lasting relationships**

*** **Attract, select and train talented and passionate employees and develop succession plans**

*** **Maximise sales and profitability by creating, identifying and delivering on opportunities for growth**

*** **Lead change and implement business initiatives in support of enriching the team and customer experience
We are looking for our next Store Manager to have:
*** **Previous management experience in a retail environment**

*** **Demonstrated skill in dealing with crucial operational matters such as managing budgets, stock management, merchandising, shrinkage prevention processes and profit and loss**

*** **The ability to build relationships with key stakeholders as well as being a strong influencer**

*** **A strong team and customer focus with the ability to competently deal with queries and complaints**

*** **Strong knowledge of health and safety policies and regulations
