You will join our team across our Hawke's Bay, where you will work alongside a small yet highly competent and dynamic team reporting to the Workshop Manager/Owner, providing technical support and expertise to our customers.

**Your background**:

- 3+ years of technical experience in the power equipment industry or as a small engine mechanic
- An electrical Service Technician A qualification, small engine mechanic qualification or similar, is necessary.
- Passion for diagnosing and coming up with technical solutions, is a must
- Proven aptitude using computer systems, ability to compile reports, and a willingness to learn.

You are a team-player, willing to roll up your sleeves and help your colleagues assist our customers and Dealer networks in a timely fashion. You have excellent time-management skills, resilience and you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
