An opportunity has arisen to join the team as a Compliance Officer - Animal Management. This position offers plenty of variety and challenge as no two days are ever the same. It is an autonomous role that is backed by the support of a close-knit team.

**_ We are seeking that special someone who displays:_**
- The ability to work alone
- The ability to work confidently with animals in difficult situations and under pressure
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- The ability to negotiate with customers in a respectful, yet assertive manner
- Sound time management skills to plan and organise your day
- The ability to accurately record and interpret data
- The ability to function as part of a close-knit team

**_ You must have:_**
- A current full NZ driver's licence
- Be proficient in the use of computers including the Microsoft suite.

**_ Ideally you will have:_**
- A current first Aid Certificate
- Certificate in Regulatory Compliance (Core knowledge) (Level 3)
- Proven experience in the control of dogs
- Understanding of animal behaviour
- Stock handling experience

The successful applicant will receive on the job training to ensure a good level of competency is shown.
