PERSOLKELLY has partnered with NZ's leading facility provider to look for an Electrical Foreman to manage the daily operations of the Trades division. Programmed Facility Management (PFM) staff are proud to work in partnership with clients to make a difference in the community and Kiwi society.

**About the Role**:
The trades division is responsible for the maintenance of commercial buildings and small projects. They are a dynamic team who deliver innovative management solutions through the quality and experience of their staff as they provide a full range of customer services for buildings, public domains, open spaces, parks and sport fields assets. The responsibilities for the role include working safely, having positive interactions with our customers and their customers. Inspecting, maintaining, repairing and replacing assets across our customer's portfolio.

You will liaise with the existing client base, scope out future jobs, price accordingly and then deliver on the task. You will be responsible for a team of 7/8 employees - electricians and other tradesman where you will support and develop the team while overseeing general operations. You will spend 60/70% of your week on site and then utilize the rest of your week with the required administrative duties.

**About You**:
You are a licensed tradie preferably from electrical, hvac or plumbing.
- Current practicing license
- Experience in commercial electrical works preferred but not essential
- Previous success in leading a team
- Ability to influence, grow and develop your team
- Previous operational experience
- Hardworking and honest
