Join a successful company that prioritizes your growth and success - seize the opportunity with Citycare Property. **What are we looking for?** Ideally, the successful applicant will have the following: - An Industry recognized qualification - certificate in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration - NZ Electrical Service Technician, EST (previously known as A&B registration) - Previous experience as an HVAC Field Service Technician - Have at least 5 years' HVAC experience and some experience in electrical & controls - Possess strong communication skills - Have a sound understanding of Health and Safety best practices - physically fit and hold a full NZ driver's licence Desirable to possess the following: - Independent Qualified Person (IQP) **What we offer**: At Citycare Property, you'll be joining a workplace that values who you are, the work you do and the way you think.
