**ICT Support Specialist**:

**About the role**:
As an **ICT Support Specialist**, you will run Schindler New Zealand Information Communication Technology technical infrastructure. You will work collaboratively across all areas of the business to provide Technical Support (Network, Systems and Software), and Helpdesk (User Support).
You role will involve:

- Provide support to the team by ensuring system availability, security, critical data back-up and efficient incident/request resolution.
- Provide expert advice, troubleshooting and support on various technology queries, involving but not limited to Windows Server/Client, VMWare, LAN, Wireless, WAN, Microsoft 365, MDM, Lotus Notes, SAP, PABX, Call Center system
- Deliver onsite support for PCs, peripheral devices, mobile devices, and servers.
- Develop of standards, policies and applies these to track, monitor, report, resolve or escalate issues in alignment to Group IT infrastructure and Cyber Security.
- Manage the budget and capacity planning for IT infrastructure.
- Administrate computer related assets, mobile phone and network subscriptions and the company security system
- Provide expert advice and guidance to enable Schindler to get maximum value from its technology assets.
- Provide Support to Technology projects, including office move, communication center upgrade as required (Occasional amount of travel is required part of this role).

**What we are looking for**:

- Degree in computer science, electronics and/or IT experience equivalent
- Solid Experience in IT/Network and System Administration
- Experience in Power Apps is a nice to have
- Have troubleshooting skills with mobile devices (Android and Apple) and VC equipment including MS Teams Rooms
- Deliver outstanding customer service by taking ownership of incidents, requests, problems, projects, and changes efficiently and effectively.
- Ability to manage different actors/stakeholders, with different priority
- Eligibility to work permanently in New Zealand (citizen or permanent resident)
