**About the Role**
Provide accounting and advisory services to clients and provides leadership to our growing BAS team. Understanding how to grow our clients’ business means you will get involved a broad range of activities and be empowered to build and manage the client relationship. You need to be proficient with complex accounting practices, have experience / interest with projects and be committed to developing individuals and businesses to reach their greatest potential.

**About You**
You will be agile, responsive and bring innovative ideas to the table. Your passion for understanding your clients’ businesses will see you go beyond addressing technical issues to developing actionable growth recommendations.

This role will suit someone with the following skills, experience and attributes:

- Solid experience in business advisory services within a chartered accounting environment
- Be comfortable interacting and partnering with clients on strategy, process improvement and business matters
- Knowledge of cloud-based accounting software
- Experience developing, coaching, and inspiring more junior team members
- Workflow management and review experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
