Assistant Management Accountant
Permanent, part time (28 hours per week)
We seek interest for a motivated experienced Contracts Administrator with a Management Accounting and database operation twist for this permanent part time position.
We operate a Technology One general ledger and use the Works and Assets module for our contract management information system, expenditure reporting and contracts administration. You will need to become familiar with the contract management module and its interface with the general ledger and intermediary ledgers.
In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks including:

- Providing a high level of customer service, both internally and externally, whilst building and maintaining strong relationships within the health sector.
- Maintaining contract records and tables in the contract management model
- Provide administrative support to our relationship managers setting up and maintaining contracts.
- Assist with the provision of a system to ensure all reporting requirements are met by supporting and providing
- Monthly financial reports
- Information and reporting data for audit activity
- Budget and forecast reports
- Agreement status reports
- Any ad hoc reports as requested internally or externally
- Providing essential administrative support to the Finance team

**To be successful in this role**:

- You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and have NZ Diploma level 5 or equivalent qualifications.
- You will have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize and work well to deadlines.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail and are able to interact positively and warmly with people.
- You have strong computer skills with a high level of accuracy and have Microsoft Office skills including intermediate level Excel.
- Experience in a previous financial administrative role is advantageous
- You are a professional, hardworking self-starter, who takes pride in delivering a high standard of work.
- Being able to maintain a database with your own uploads, knowing what a conditional lookup up is and how sumproduct works would be a great start.
