**About the Team/Service**

Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Waikato employs approx. Psychologists who work across both mental and physical health services across a number of sites across the district of Waikato. You will be joining a friendly team of Allied Health professional leads who work closely in collaboration with our operational partners.

**About you**

As a New Zealand Registered Clinical Psychologist you will have relevant clinical leadership skill and experience along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will have experience working with and collaborating with other professions and services to improve patient outcomes. You will be the type of person who leads by example and creates an opportunity for people to thrive through high levels of engagement.

Qualities we are looking for
- NZ Registered clinical psychologist
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience
- Future thinking, looking at incorporating service improvement projects that improve patient outcomes and effectively utilise resources
- Ability to work in partnership with operational partners to drive services forward, consider innovative ways of working to make the most of the resources avaliable.
- Personal skills/characteristics: approachable, supportive, team player, visionary, strategic, models integrity and empowers staff development within the team.
