This transformation will enable faster, more effective delivery and help build a future-ready, resilient organization. We’re now seeking experienced Delivery Leads to join us to support this goal.

What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga

The Delivery Lead is the driving force behind turning bold ideas into real-world impact. You’ll orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver high-value technology and data solutions that align with strategic goals—ensuring every step is efficient, transparent, and outcome-focused. With a servant-leadership mindset, you’ll foster a culture of trust, agility, and continuous improvement, while navigating complex dependencies and championing collaboration across business, product, and technical stakeholders. From sprint planning to vendor coordination, you’ll be at the heart of delivery—empowering teams, enabling fast decisions, and making sure every solution is scalable, sustainable, and built to last.

About You | Mōu

To thrive in this role, you'll bring a proven track record as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager, or Scrum Master within scaled agile or hybrid environments, with the confidence to guide complex delivery across multiple teams and workstreams. You’re a natural collaborator and communicator, skilled at engaging stakeholders and leading high-performing teams through change and transformation. Your experience spans digital platforms, enterprise systems, and agile delivery, and you know how to turn strategy into execution without losing sight of customer value. Ideally, you’ll hold a tertiary qualification in Business, Technology, or a related field, and have agile certifications like SAFe, Scrum, or ICAgile under your belt—ready to hit the ground running and elevate delivery to the next level.
