**About the role**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Cyber Delivery Lead to play a central role in realising tangible outcomes and return on investment for Vector’s digital and business change agenda, through delivering new and enhanced capabilities while operating and supporting key services for a specific value stream.

You’ll plan and lead the work of cross-functional teams (business, development, and operations), following an appropriate mix of phased, agile, and dev/ops methodologies. Embodying our Symphony strategy, you’ll collaborate with the Portfolio management team - Delivery Manager, Principal Delivery Lead, Business Leaders, Vector Digital Practice leaders, and orchestrate the system of work downwards across all facets of the value stream/s whilst maintaining the strategic link upwards with the portfolio leadership team.

**Who we are looking for**

The Cyber Delivery Lead will leverage their technical background to focus purely on our Cyber value stream.
- You’ll have a wealth of product development/project experience, with exposure to leading teams with competence in team coaching, facilitation, and project management skills
- You’ll have a technical background - cyber security is advantageous
- Naturally, you’ll have a strong delivery focus, an eye for detail, and a track record of success in an enterprise setting
- You’ll be highly flexible, with a track record of working well with stakeholders, vendors and leadership and guiding teams to continually improve.
