As the Test & Environments Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality assurance, system stability, and seamless releases by managing testing activities and maintaining test and development environments.

Your ability to balance hands-on testing expertise with leadership and process improvement is crucial for this role. You are dedicated to quality assurance and should have:

- Proficient in leading all phases of testing, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), performance testing, and regression testing.
- Skilled in defining and executing defect management processes, monitoring test progress, and communicating status.
- Expertise in overseeing the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of test, development, and production environments.
