**Job Description**:
**About the role**
We are looking for a Production Planner to manage all detailed** **production planning and scheduling within TOMRA Food manufacturing to ensure on time delivery. This will include responsibilities across all operations and reporting areas as follows
- Working closely with Site Manager and Team Leaders on production plan and scheduling
- Reviewing and analysing parts availability and arranging scheduling
- Monitoring and following-up on material shortages with the internal team to ensure smooth flow of production at all times
- Coordinating with Project Manager and Logistics team to arrange project shipments
- Participate in long term capacity and planning improvements activities
- Leading and/or participating in weekly production planning meeting
- Providing reporting on actual status for production plan
- Reporting on planned utilisation

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
Ideally you will have some previous hands-on production experience either as production or planning coordinator. Communicate will be your strength and you’ll enjoy engaging with wide range of people. You have previously worked with word and excel and know your way around it well. If you have experience with any ERP systems such as SAP, Baan or similar that would be an advantage.
