**The Opportunity**
Findex’s Virtual Centre of Excellence (VCoE) team in New Zealand is a key strategy, underpinning our continued growth and service offering to our clients. It is a stand-alone team that supports our core accounting teams by providing additional resourcing capability, whilst delivering higher quality work for our clients. As we continue to grow and build out our capability and service offering, an exciting opportunity exists for an Manager to join our Virtual team.
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager to join the Business Advisory team within our Virtual Centre of Excellence (VCOE). This is a fully remote working role with the option of working in a local office.
**What will your typical week look like?**
This role is responsible for ensuring that all aspects of clients’ engagement are running smoothly with a strong focus on client delivery. Our collaborative approach will allow you to provide more personalised advice to our clients, ensuring greater independence and client contact.
This position reports to our Accounting & Tax Virtual Group Lead and you will:
- Manage technical reviews of compliance work across a variety of industries
- Provide timely and accurate reviews, ensuring productivity targets are met
- Support the team with Senior BAS/Accounting work during peak periods
- Liaise and collaborate with colleagues across New Zealand and with various Findex teams
- Mentor and develop your team to strengthen individual capabilities
- Build and maintain key relationships externally and internally

You are someone with
- Previous Accounting & Tax Compliance experience
- CA/CPA (or equivalent) qualification
- A proven track record in a similar role
- Advanced financial statement and tax return reviewing and technical expertise
- Credibility and confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- A self-starter with a proactive, innovative mindset
