We are looking for a well-presented team player, with high energy and exemplary customer service skills to run our Parts Department.
- Relevant (preferably vehicle/dealership) parts experience- Excellent written and verbal communication- A high level of accuracy and an eye for detail- Fantastic organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities- A high level of IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems with confidence- A true team-player ethos - you will be required to step in and help out our busy Service Department at times too- A current, clean driver’s licenseAn overview of the role;
- Interpreting vehicle parts inquiries (via phone, internet, walk-in) and selling to both internal and external customers- Accurate and timely ordering, receipting, and invoicing of supplier stock- Responsibility for the stock control of the department- Inventory work - returns, stock takes etc.- Achievement of department targets and K.P.I’s.- Liaising regularly with trade customers.- Working alongside and supporting other departments (Service and Sales) to achieve their objectives- Above all, looking after each and every customer with utmost hospitality, respect and ensuring their needs are met.
