As a Digital Designer is to design, create, and renew digital learning content, assignments, and assessments for our DynaSpeak NZCEL online program. You will play a crucial role in shaping the digital learning journey of our students, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with program learning outcomes and external stakeholder requirements.

Some of your key responsibilities will be:

- Design and create captivating digital content, including text, visual, and audio-visual elements.
- Develop interactive assignments and assessments to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
- Conduct thorough reviews of digital resources to ensure quality and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the Academic Team to incorporate feedback and align digital resources with program objectives.
- Stay informed about trends and best practices in digital learning design.

**About you**

We are looking for someone who is a proactive communicator, results-driven and an organised planner. With integrity and strong relationship management skills, you will excel in orchestrating tasks effectively and foster collaborative connections.

You will also bring with you:

- A Level 5 Diploma in Design or equivalent.
- Proven experience in design and creation of digital learning resources.
- Experience working in an educational environment.
- Familiar with the NZCEL programme digital resource and assessment development requirements.
- Experience providing IT support within an educational environment.
- High level of proficiency in graphic design software; particularly Adobe Creative Suite incl. Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Google Wed Designer and video editing software.

As a kaupapa Māori organisation, your willingness to participate in cultural activities and develop an understanding of Āhuatanga Māori (values, culture and tikanga) is desirable.
