Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a Traffic Manager to oversee all aspects of traffic operations including planning, systems and processes based in Hamilton.

**The opportunity**
- You will oversee the planning, resourcing, and effective delivery of workload in the TTM team and wider business when necessary
- This is a rare opportunity to grow the Higgins traffic management business ensuring our reputation within the market is enhanced
- Develop successful long-term relationships with clients, partners, subcontractors, and suppliers
- You will win and secure ‘good’ business in a systematic way. We’ll need you to bid and negotiate effectively
- This is an excellent opportunity for a STMS (Category B) who is looking for the next step in their career or an established manager who enjoys project work and is looking for their next move.

**What you’ll bring to the role**
- Solid TTM experience
- You will be a qualified STMS Category B
- Good working knowledge of COPTTM
- Strong commercial acumen and a drive to win business
- Team leadership and management experience
- High level planning, project, and financial management skills
- Understanding of job pricing including materials, labour and plant and associated margin / profit calculations
- Ability to build and develop a diverse range of stakeholder relationships
