We're looking for a proactive and detail-driven Traffic Services Coordinator to join our Waikato team, based in Hamilton. Working closely with the Traffic Services Manager, you'll play a vital role in coordinating the daily administration that keeps our traffic services running smoothly across the region.

The Opportunity | Te Kōwhiringa
You'll be the organisational powerhouse behind our Traffic Services team - supporting day-to-day operations, managing documentation, procurement, and reporting. From onboarding and supporting staff to processing purchase orders and maintaining accurate records, your work will ensure our projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating daily administrative activities for Traffic Services and subcontractors
  • Managing resource planning with clients.
  • Supporting financial reporting, monthly claims and cost tracking
  • Ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant with company and project standards
  • Promoting Zero Harm by supporting health, safety, and environmental initiatives

Important Skills | Nga Pūkenga Matua

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and MYTTM
  • Experience using JDE or similar business systems
  • Financial administration or reporting experience
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and a commitment to safety
