**Description**:

- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an entry-level **Plant Machine Operator**. In this role, you will produce masonry blocks to specification, ensuring consistent levels of quality as per the plant’s production schedule.
- **Shift Details - **PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING**
- Rotating Shifts: One week on day shift, the next week on night shift
- Day Shift: 4:00am to 2:00pm (may extend to 12 hours and include Saturday morning work)
- Night Shift: 2:00pm to Midnight (may extend to 12 hours)
- Flexibility in finishing hours is required as both day and night shifts can be extended to 12 hours with business demand.

**What We Can Offer**:

- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Time and a half for all work performed after 50 hours

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate machinery to produce masonry blocks as per specifications
- Maintain consistent quality in line with the production schedule
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient production
- Adhere to health and safety standards to keep yourself and others safe

- ** Excellent and clear communication skills** to facilitate efficient discussions within the team
- ** Mechanically minded **with a background in manufacturing is a bonus
- ** Positive attitude **and willingness to learn not only the basics of machine production but in time other elements onsite, including block machine and loader operations
- ** Forklift license **is an extra bonus
- ** High level of health and safety** awareness to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and those around you
