The Hawkes Bay Toyota group is a large successful, franchised motor vehicle dealership with stores in Napier, Hastings, Taupo, Rotorua, and Eastland.
Due to continuous and anticipated expansion our Rotorua Toyota branch is looking for someone with previous parts experience to help take the already high performing parts department to the next level. This is an exciting, rare opportunity to showcase proficiency inside an amazing company environment.
With the backing of the Parts Manager, together you will be responsible for the operation of the overall parts department - driving continuous improvement, ensuring that productivity and efficiency KPI's are met, and striving for the department to be one of the top performing across our group and the wider network.
Customer service skills are essential in this role to build and foster relationships with internal staff and external customers. You will also be responsible for managing stock, ensuring quantities meet requirements and supporting the Parts Assistant.
The owners of the group and the Senior Management team are just real people that want to do a job and be the best we can. We're all approachable and happy to pick up the phone to talk anything or nothing. You will have the full support of the Rotorua Branch Manager, Parts and Service Manager.
Our purpose-built dealership is only 18 months old and creates a stunning environment for our team and our clients.

Skills & Experience
- NZ Residency / Citizenship- Full NZ Drivers Licence- Previous Parts experience and knowledge.
