Transmax sell a huge range of transmission products to a wide range of customers. We sell products for new and old vehicles, which brings challenges that are both technical and commercial. This is an industry with very constant change forced upon it by emissions regulations. We are consistently dealing with new transmissions for European, Asian and American based vehicles. This position also involves dealing with suppliers in these locations. In addition we want our new person to take a key role in promoting new products to our existing customer base.

We want to maintain and increase sales to our market which is well serviced. However, we do have significant room to grow, but need to have the right people.

The core requirements are handling customer enquiries and orders to high standards, as well as managing the company inventory in a diligent manner.

We are looking for an individual that has a natural interest in technical products with a practical approach to problem solving.In addition you will have an enthusiastic and driven approach toward doing business and developing your career. Your English speaking skills will be at a high level because most of our customers are English speaking trade people who expect a high level of service, and due to the technical nature of the product want to be understood. In addition you will be someone that wants to adopt the values of a well run Kiwi business.

You will be working alongside four other team members who are strongly focused on growth for the company and themselves, while still maintaining a very strong team culture.

This position can appeal to a wide range of people in the job market, we will consider anyone from entry level to advanced.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
