**About the role**:
In this role, you will be working in a welcoming crew operating our machinery as we carry out surfacing on our contracts in the Auckland region.

**About you**:
With some experience operating civil machinery under your belt, you will be confident operating within a team and independently as required. You will be comfortable using machinery and hand tools to get the job done. You will also:

- Have at least one years’ relevant experience or a NZ register level 2 or 3 qualification (ANZSCO Skill Level 4)

**You will have experience in**:

- Manoeuvring vehicles into position for loading and unloading
- Loading and unloading vehicles using lifting and tipping devices
- Observing safety requirements when loading and unloading vehicles
- Making regular quality checks of vehicles to ensure they can be driven safely

Ensuring goods are stowed and securely covered to prevent loss and damage
