With 45 staff across three branches, we have a strong pipeline of work secured for 2021 and beyond Therefore we are seeking an experienced Level 2/3 STMS NP to grow our Queenstown crew.

**Your responsibilities**

We are looking for a Non-Practicing Site Traffic Management Supervisor Level 2/3, based from our Queenstown site. We are seeking qualified professionals, who have demonstrated a commitment to safe workplace practices.

This is a new position that you can take ownership of along with the opportunity to grow a team under you and whilst dealing with clients.

**Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Following Traffic Management Plans to ensure correct setup for temporary traffic road activity.
- Leading toolbox and closure briefings with crew whilst providing clear job details and expectations.
- Recording and documentation of activities undertaken for scheduled jobs.
- Responsible for the safe use of materials, supplies and equipment at all times.

**About you**:
**Along with a clean STMS Level 2/3 Practising Qualification, you will also**:

- Hold a Class 2 Full Drivers licence.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience leading and growing a team and demonstrating leadership skills.
- Great health and safety practices.
