We are looking for Marketing Procurement Manager to lead world class procurement and production solutions while strengthening and continuing to support our high performing teams.

In this role you will partner with, and be the link between, our supply managers, brand teams, marketing managers and other key stakeholders to lead AUNZ procurement efficiencies that include supplier base and strategic operating models. This is a meaty role where you will be our go-to in leadership of NZ business merchandise procurement efficiencies that include some brands such as Panhead, Little Creatures and Speights Heritage Centre procurement ownership.

A day in the life
- Manage Procurement Supplier base, as well as ensure the timely and accurate administration of invoicing across or procurement team
- Improve brand accountability for maximum efficiency by developing processes and costs that can reduce stockholding and increase stockturns
- Look for opportunities to streamline and automate processes to minimise sales downtime
- Look after our newly upgraded wear it proud e-commerce site and identify opportunities for future sales growth through this D2C online store.
- Maintain 3PL warehouse management and efficiencies to deliver agreed KPIs and customer satisfaction.
- Leadership of the procurement function and coaching and development of the team
- Negotiating outcomes to deliver against strategy and value creation

What will make you successful
- You will have proven experience in stakeholder management: networking skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Effective and proven Negotiation Skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and influence with senior members stakeholders
- Holistic commercial experience with a proven track record for delivering results, adding value and being able to provide thought leadership
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience across Retail marketing & Operations, national Account Sales, category Development, Shopper Marketing
- Strong leadership, communication and project management skills
