**About Us and Job brief**

We are looking for a Cleaning Manager to join our team at SHREE GANESH HAMILTON LIMITED.

**Responsibilities**
- Maintains project work site in a safe and environmentally sound condition.
- Ensure quality audits (monitoring) are completed in accordance with the National Cleaning Standards
- Ensure that correct staffing levels are maintained on site at all times, overseeing recruitment of new members to the team
- Ensure that all staff receive a yearly appraisal and career development plans are in place where appropriate
- Assess training needs for staff, ensure toolbox talks take place and organise training sessions as appropriate
- Monitor performance of staff and manage staff appropriately, using the disciplinary process where appropriate
- Ensure that the contract keeps within budget at all times
- Pricing one off work for clients
- Maintain good and effective communications on site, to include staff meetings, client communication, notice boards and message books
- Arranging for contractors to come onto site to complete routine servicing and emergency works and assist contractors around site with the delivery of these services

**Requirements**:

- Communication - strong written, verbal and persuasive skills
- Programmed planning and management of any ad hoc project works, growing the scope of the services provision during the transformation of the site
- Strong knowledge of guidelines requested by the main regulatory authorities
- Strong knowledge of risk management methodologies
- Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
- Strong ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.
