**Mō te Tūranga | About the Role**
As a Customer Documentation Analyst, your primary objective is to provide specialised expertise in documentation, crucially supporting both project development and platform maintenance requirements. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing changes and updates to customer-facing documentation, ensuring alignment with business requirements and integrating new information seamlessly.
Key responsibilities include collaborating closely with platform teams to implement necessary documentation changes, rigorously testing updates, and facilitating their timely release. This role is integral to the Ngaruru program, a cutting-edge technology platform serving the broker business. You’ll support the customer communications lead by developing and refining new documents, participating in the creation and approval process through mock-ups, and contributing to the enhancement of communication strategies aligned with technical platform requirements.
This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity with hybrid working conditions and is open to any IAG office locations in New Zealand.
**Ōu Pūkenga | About You**
In order to be successful in this role, you’ll ideally meet the below criteria:
- Experience working in a project environment- Prior experience in technical, document management- Experience extracting data and or documents from multiple systems and collating into a format that is accessible and useful to the business- Experience working with brokers and in the commercial insurance space- Business experience in the broker space- Intermediate Excel & Word skills, experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro- Exceptional attention to detail and adept proofreading skills- Customer focus mindset
