**Ara Whiwhi Mahi **| The Opportunity**
We have an exciting, fixed term opportunity for a **Payroll Officer **to join our team based in Upper Hutt. Our team are working on multiple projects this year, so we are looking for extra support during this period. This role will be working on onboarding new employees in our payroll system, updating transactions, assisting the Payroll team and some response to customer queries. We have instruction guides and a Trainer to support you in this role.

To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Strong track record of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers and peers gaining their trust and respect.
- A high degree and understanding of confidentiality.
- Aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Payroll / HR experience preferred.
