We are currently looking for a shift supervisor and Store Manager that is responsible for running shifts, Provide a great customer experience to all of our valued customers, Support team to keep the store clean, tidy and well stocked assist the store manager/Owner and be able to run the store independently and efficiently in the Store Owner's absence..

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a very busy Store.

You would be required to perform the following duties:
Provide an excellent level of customer service and drive a customer service culture across the store

Train and coach staff and drive performance.

Direct and motivate a team within a busy Quick Service Restaurant.

Be part of ordering, managing wastage and controlling labour costs

Assist with the overall running and management of a busy fast food environment.

Supervisory experience and the ability to lead a team.

Some business understanding to help with the running of the store.

Energy, integrity, and drive to succeed.

Passion to train and coach others.

Minimum Experience of One Year within a Pizza Hut/Dominos Pizza Industry is highly preferred.

Must have NZ Licence and Own Car and willing to do deliveries
