At Live Life Disability Support (LLDS) we provide residential and respite support to people who have disabilities to live lives that reflect their personal aspirations and choices. LLDS provides support to over 250 people in a variety of residential settings across the Nelson/Tasman and Marlborough regions. We are the largest residential service provider in the top of the South.
We are looking for an administration to support our Group Managers and Group Leaders, enabling them to be out in the field as much as possible. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- interactions with Management and Team Leaders,
- document creation including minute taking using Word, PowerPoint, One Note & Publisher,
- keeping accurate databases, taking internal and external phone calls, &
- reviewing financial data before being processed.
Your hours of work will be between Monday to Friday 8.00AM to 5.00PM.
You will also be required to assist the other administrators by covering periods of leave and sickness. In return, you - ll enjoy support from the team, a collegial working environment, and job security.
