An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Leader with some health/medical experience to oversee to the running of two busy teams - around 17 staff. This role is working alongside two other team leaders.

Based in Greenlane and starting ASAP this role is full time hours (40 hours per week, Mon-Fri) and will run for approximately a 6-8 week period.

**Day to day duties include**:

- Managing the day-to-day activities of the teams
- Ensuring accuracy and monitoring of rostering, work flow and allocation of work
- Supporting the team and providing additional capacity where necessary
- Monitoring unprocessed referrals and taking action where necessary
- Organising regular team meeting

**To be considered you will have**:

- Proven leadership and operational experience in a health setting - 2-3 years minimum
- Strong HR and customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to think strategically and plan accordingly
