Processing Officer | Domestic Violence Programmes Team - Wellington

We are looking for a talented administrator to join the Ministry of Justice as a Processing Officer working for the Domestic Violence Programmes Team based in Wellington. The Processing Officer works as an integral part of a dedicated team delivering processing functions for the Courts and ensuring participants have access to support programmes.
This is a non-customer facing role and would suit someone who has experience managing multiple databases at one time. An eye for detail is an important factor in this role as well as a high standard of customer service.

**Your duties will include**:

- Data entry
- Assist with general administrative support activities
- Provide timely responses to requests
- Make quality decisions based on information presented, consideration of circumstances and actions available

- Experience in a customer service or processing environment
- Experience using databases to access, view, update and report
- An understanding of the impacts of Family Violence
- Dedication to quality and accuracy
- Resilience - there are times when working in the courts, you will be working on sensitive cases and sometimes confronting information

Utu ā-tau/Salary
The appointing salary for this band will be between $48,343 and $68,249 based on skills and experience.
