The purpose of this role is to record, compute, and classify the revenue data to ensure a complete financial record.

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the record and information management systems in line with audit requirements
- Maintenance of databases
- Reconcile records of bank transactions and statements as well as noting and reporting any discrepancies found in records
- Effectively communicate and liaise with members of the finance team to ensure successful completion of all Finance activities
- Manage internal and external enquiries to ensure timely responses and high standards of customer service
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure major supplier accounts are kept current
- Manage the recurring payments database for leases and rental property

**Qualifications/Training**:

- Accounting qualifications preferred but not required
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a similar role
