Our busy and growing water team in Auckland is currently seeking a Senior Water Supply Hydraulic Modeller.
- You will take a lead role amongst our Network Planning team and work alongside our teams of civil engineers, digital designers, and project managers. Our portfolio includes three-waters modelling, planning and design studies within New Zealand, Australasia, the Americas, Europe including the United Kingdom through our Mott MacDonald’s international modelling community.
- Joining Mott MacDonald will provide you with exciting opportunities to work alongside industry-leading professionals on a wide range of water projects within the Asia Pacific region and beyond. Based in our offices in Central Auckland, you will work in an environment that fosters career growth and development and challenges you to achieve more.
- As a Senior Water Supply Hydraulic Modeller, you will be responsible for working directly with clients to solve challenges related to population growth by offering innovate approaches. You will lead technical aspects of water supply modelling and planning studies while mentoring new generations of water supply network planners. Additionally, you will contribute to three waters modelling, including stormwater, water supply, and wastewater networks with a focus on the latest innovations. Your hydraulic modelling experience in InfoWorks WS Pro or other similar software including knowledge of EPAnet or Mike Urban will be crucial in achieving these responsibilities. Lastly you will be part of an internationally connected team that actively promotes the development of digital technology in modelling and engineering design.
