**2 Experienced Exterior Plasterers**

We are a small, growing plastering company looking for committed experienced plasterers and apprentices who want to build a career in the civil construction industry. We will provide training to the right person and apprenticeship through BCITO.

**Experienced External Plasterer - Skills and responsibilities**:
**Skills and requirements**:

- Fully qualified or with minimum 3 years' experience in commercial or residential construction.
- Willingness to train new people
- Flexibility & ability to work extra hours when required
- Clean police records and ability to pass the drug test
- Full Driver’s License & reliable transport
- Be confident working autonomously, and Health & Safety conscious
- Good communication skills and presentable appearance
- Strong work ethic and a positive can-do attitude

**Responsibilities**:

- Measuring, marking, cutting, and positioning AAC panels and polystyrene sheets.
- Installing flashings.
- Measuring, cutting, and installing corner beads,
- Levelling base coat
- Floating top coat
- Sanding and painting the finishing coat.
