We are a family-owned NZ fashion shoe retailer with five women’s boutique retail stores across NZ.

Our Remuera Men's store is looking for an energetic new store manager to take us to a new level.
We are looking for a passionate, flexible, motivated and positive person to join our dynamic team to lead, train, motivate our Remuera retail team.

This is a full time position based in our Remuera store.
Scope of job includes retail team management, motivation, training and support.
You are focused on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales.

In addition to a love for fashion and quality shoes, the ideal addition to our team will;
- Have a positive, motivated and mature attitude
- Have previous retail team management experience
- Have fantastic communication skills and the ability to lead by example
- Have the ability to build great rapport with different personality types as a role model and coach
- Be a team player who can show initiative and be passionate about quality shoes
- Maintain a positive attitude and be passionate about customer service
- Be customer experience driven to achieve sales targets
- Have good work ethic and the ability to go the extra mile
- Have strong written and computer skills
- Be a creative thinker with an eye for detail with the ability to adapt with a growing brand
- Have a keen eye for style and fashion
- Maintain high personal presentation standards
- 40 Hours a week Tuesday to Saturday

This is a role within a growing business which will offer opportunity for personal growth and career development.
