**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The primary role of the Grocery Night-Fill Manager is to coordinate / manage the night shift and to ensure adequate stock supplies to meet customer demand.

To be successful in this role you must:

- Be a strong leader who is capable of getting the best out of every team member
- Provide your own transport to and from the store
