The opportunity*
This is a great opportunity to play a critical role in the digital transformation of the accounting industry. You will see yourself working closely with the sales team to uncover the requirements and solutions development for accounting practices, readying them for the shift into the online world. You'll have a huge impact on our business and the success of our customers.

The role*
You will support our sales team in identifying requirements, ranging from the accounting practice to the client's SME software solutions, this involves being onsite with clients, presenting our solutions as well as being in our office, building bespoke presentations and engaging with other MYOB teams. This is a team game, so you'll actively assist our sales team in scoping out change management strategies for accounting practices, helping to deliver a smooth ride for our partners.

The environment is complex, so there will be technical problem solving required and an opportunity for you to create competitive differentiation. You'll be part of the product development feedback loop, providing input and insights to the product teams to improve the client experience and enable movement to the cloud, coaching the sales team to work towards strategic business goals while providing an outstanding customer experience.

What you will bring*
- Experience working within a general accounting practice or alternatively a great deal of exposure to accounting practice workflows
- Passion and demonstrated experience in a client facing role, conducting workshops, training and/or presentations
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and influence at senior levels
